LUMS Maths Majors Get Scholarships to Top Universities

Five LUMS Mathematics major graduates have received admissions to top foreign Universities in their Graduate programmes with full tuition waiver and scholarships.
These students are Wafa Veljee, who got into the University of Alberta; Faiza Khan, admitted to Stony Brook University; Hasin Yousuf who is joining Carlos III University; Shahnawaz Khalid, going to ETH Zurich and Haroon Masood who will be joining Tilburg University. Among these, Hasin Yousaf is a Mathematics and Economics double major.
Every year nearly 50% students from the Mathematics department get scholarship to study at various foreign universities.
