Programme Overview

Given the hyper-market onslaught, Pakistan’s retail landscape is projected to change from one dominated by ‘single-owner’ shops to hypermarkets and retail chains. The survivors are expected to be businesses that understand the dynamics of modern retail management and requisite merchandising, logistics and procurement management to support the unique retail strategy.

This intensive three-day programme addresses the following fundamental challenges:   Know your customer (and his needs), stock-up on what he requires, serve him well and do it efficiently, and do all of this at a scale that allows for efficiencies in procurement.
