REDC Brings Together Industry and Academia

The Rausing Executive Development Centre is hosting three programmes, accentuating it as a hub of intellectually stimulating activities for executives. The programmes have attracted a diverse mix of industry experts and business leaders from varied backgrounds, propagating the unique model of REDC which brings together industry and academia.

Building High Performance Teams  focuses on formulation of effective teams for enhanced capacity to lead and excel. Directed by Dr. Arif Nazir Butt and Dr. Athar Siddiqui, the programme contains an interesting mix of case studies and role-playing exercises that enable participants to reflect on their own performance as a team member and manage group dynamics in a real- time environment.

The programme on Supply Chain Management captures the essence of value chain and integrated planning through actionable tools that simulate the flow of material and information in a simplified channel of production and distribution. Directed by Dr. Arif Iqbal Rana, the programme is recognised for its integrated design and relevance to organizational needs. 

The programme on Budgeting and Financial Management in Social Sector Organisations is funded by the PACKARD Foundation and is being offered by SEDC. The programme focuses on Improvement in budgeting and financial skills in Reproductive Health Organisations (RH). The programme is directed by Dr. Syed Mubashir Ali.
