No. Attending the first semester at LUMS is compulsory and deferment is not an option.
When do application decisions become available?
All admission decisions are made by the UG Admissions Committee and are final. As a result of the committee’s consideration, some applicants are admitted, some are placed on a waiting list, and the remaining applicants are denied. Acceptances are offered on a “rolling” basis between April and June. For this reason, your admission decision may arrive at a different time from a friend or classmate.
How many recommendations may I submit?
We strongly encourage the applicants to submit at least two teacher evaluations; they will add substantial value to your application. Therefore, you may submit minimum two letters of recommendations.
