Celebrating LUMS - Nestle Partnership at REDC
In October 2009, Nestle partnered with LUMS to embark on a journey of learning and development with customised programmes for Nestle’s high potential talent to prepare them for the next level of leadership. During the last three years Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC) has delivered a series of programmes for Nestle’s key executives from cross functional departments.
The current offering of the programme commenced from April 9, 2012 at the Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC). Michel Juillerat, Head of HR and Ian James Donald, MD Nestle Pakistan are also involved in the programme. The programme directed by Dr. Jamshed H. Khan and Dr. Ghufran Ahmed, capitalises on a blend of actionable learning tools and guest speaker sessions by renowned industry experts.
