About the Speaker:
Hasan Karrar is an Assistant Professor (History) in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences. He specialises in modern East Asian and Central Asian history and politics. This research seminar is part of ongoing research exploring contemporary political, economic, and social developments resulting from Sino-Central Asian engagement since the Cold War.
