A motley of representation from 24 leading organisations helped the Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC) programme, ‘Sales Force Management’ close successfully. Led by Programme Directors, Muhammad Luqman Awan and Dr. Moeen Naseer Butt and supported in teaching by Dr. Ehsan ul Haque, the 3-day experiential programme provided executives an opportunity to explore different aspects of sales force leadership and understand key drivers for optimising their team’s performance.
During the course of the programme, a focused simulation allowed participants to apply the learnings of the programme in real time and analyse the implications of their decisions. Additionally, an interactive group project used in the programme enabled the participants to find solutions for their current sales force challenges.
“The faculty provided excellent reading material for the programme and the teaching methodology was really good and descriptive. In a nutshell, the overall experience was great and discussions were very fruitful,” said Qazi Fakhar Rehman, Sales Manager, Serena Hotel, Islamabad.
