Interactive simulations and exercises were blended with classroom discussions on local and foreign case studies to ensure fruitful exchange of views amongst the executives. The Programme was well received by participants with key appreciation for guest speakers and simulation sessions.
“As a whole, the programme was comprehensive and well planned. All the people starting from the first contact person till the last delivered their best. It was an amazing and enjoyable experience that taught us a lot to improve ourselves,” Mahboob Ahmad, Head of Engineering, FFBL Power Company Limited.
“It was an honour to be a part of the leadership programme at LUMS. Like most of the participants, I initially thought that it would be like any other corporate training; however, after going through the process it was a life changing experience. The programme gives you a chance to look back at your previous practices and encourage you to set goals and priorities. In a nutshell, it takes out the leader in you,” Adeel Ahmed, Head - Systems, Policies & Procedures Division, Habib Metropolitan Bank Limited.
