REDC Conducts Programme on Marketing in the Digital Age

The Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC) conducted a 4-day programme on Marketing in the Digital Age from October 16–19, 2017, led by Programme Director Dr. Farrah Arif and supported in teaching by Dr. Ehsan ul Haque, Dr. Moeen Naseer Butt and Sarah Suneel Sarfaraz. The programme focused on the effectiveness of marketing in the context of a modern-day evolving digital business landscape. This dynamic learning experience enabled participants to learn and simulate the knowledge and learning gained from the programme.

The main emphasis of the programme was on learning to devise new pricing and monetisation strategies for evolving products, co-creation, innovation and marketing. Consumer insights in the digital world and social media exercises are deliberated. Digital marketing experts like Mr. Badar Khushnood, Co-founder and Growth Hacker, Bramerz and Ms. Sadia Khuram, Careem’s General Manager Lahore shared their viewpoint on brand building and dynamic pricing in a local context.

Discussion based case studies; interactive simulations and projects are blended with classroom activity to ensure participants master the latest techniques of social media marketing.
