The leading sales force in the current local and international markets require a multitude of capabilities and a winning mindset. The role has become even more critical due to the highly competitive fight for the global market share. The LUMS Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC) held an Executive Development Programme titled, ‘Sales Force Management’ from August 15 - 17, 2018. The 3-day Programme focused on examining and exploring some of the key challenges faced by sales force leaders.
The Programme, directed by Muhammad Luqman Awan and joined in teaching by Ehsan Ul Haque and Moeen Naseer Butt, emphasised on the strategic role of selling, managing the sales force and its deployment. An online sales force management simulation was used to identify and explore core sales management challenges.
Speaking about the Programme, Mr. Asif Saeed Mughal, programme participant said, “The excellent design of the Programme, opens up new paradigms related to the best sales practices globally. Value for money, value for time and value for rigour that we went through. It is an excellent platform for sales force managers to enhance their knowledge in limited time.“
