TCS Pakistan conducted a recruitment drive for its Management Associate Programme 2018 on March 1, 2018 at Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). Head of Talent Management- Pakistan and UAE, Hasan Tahir, began the session by giving a brief introduction of the company that TCS started its operations in Pakistan in 1983. The company has state-of-the-art infrastructure, providing complete supply chain solutions to a diverse pool of customers. They are also providing e-commerce solutions to their customers. He then explained the recruitment process at TCS. The company’s Management Associate Programme is a one-year programme which provides rigorous training and exposure to fresh graduates.
Manager Retail Sales, Harris Farooq also a LUMS alumnus of 2017, then took the stage and shared his experience of working with TCS Pakistan. He explained that management associates who are planned to be placed in 16 different cities across Pakistan experience first-hand interaction with the higher management, providing them with necessary knowledge and expertise to achieve success in their future roles. The session ended with an interactive Question and Answer session followed by an online test.
