Vivo Pakistan conducted its recruitment drive at Lahore University of Management Sciences. Mr. Junaid Falak, Activation and Brand Image Executive, started the session by giving a brief introduction of the company. He explained how Vivo launched its first smartphone in 2011, within a short span of time it expanded its market share and became one of the top five smartphone companies in the world (2017). He proceeded to explain the important corporate values of the company i.e. Team spirit, Superior quality, Constant learning, Innovation, Consumer Orientation and Integrity.
Mr. Shah Mohammad, Director Human Resources, took the stage and showed a video. Mr. Mohammad reiterated and highlighted the importance of the above mentioned corporate values of the company. Vivo aims to provide long-term careers to its employees in a harmonious working atmosphere. The audience were then informed that the company is looking for fresh graduates in the following departments: Sales Executive, Training Sales, Accounts Executive, Accounts Receivable Executive and Data Analyst.
The session concluded with an interactive Question and Answer session followed by a written test.
