What is the meaning of life? A perspective from the life sciences

Have you ever wondered how do we develop as humans and why don’t we develop as chimps?

What are the nuts and bolts of our development?  How is information stored and revealed to orchestrate development of our eyes, brain, and the entire self?

Dr. Tariq will focus on ‘DNA and Genes as Masters of Development’.

Dr. Muhammad Tariq

Dr Muhammad Tariq is an Associate in Life Sciences. He obtained his PhD in Cell Biology from FMI, Switzerland and worked as postdoctoral fellow at University of Heidelberg and ETH Zurich. Since 2009, he has been teaching at LUMS and was also recently awarded VC Teaching Excellence Award.
