House of Habib Conducts Recruitment Drive for LUMS Students

House of Habib conducted a virtual recruitment drive on January 7, 2022. This session was aimed at students majoring in Accounting and Finance, Economics, Politics and Economics, Economics and Mathematics, as well as sciences majors.
The drive was conducted by Hira Azhar, Head of Talent Acquisition at House of Habib. She commenced the session by introducing the firm’s different businesses, which includes building products, real estate, and packaging. She also played a video of LUMS alumni in which they shared their experiences and explained the projects they worked on in tandem with higher officials and in some cases, even the government. They also spoke about the personal and professional growth offered through the rotational programme and hands-on work at House of Habib.
Ms. Azhar explained that applicants could indicate their preference for the five streams of the management training programme, namely: Habib Metropolitan Bank, Indus Motor Company, Shabbir Tiles & Ceramics Ltd., Thal Limited and on rotation through the House of Habib group.
The team also shared details of the application process with students, these include initial screening, an online aptitude test, and interviews. These interviews will be held at LUMS on February 17 and 18. After the initial round of interviews, qualified candidates will be invited to the assessment centres in major cities, followed by the final interviews of the candidates who will qualify assessment centres.
