Tkxel Conducts Virtual Recruitment Drive

Tkxel conducted its virtual recruitment drive on Friday, August 27, 2021, targeting recent graduates from the BS Management Science, BS Electrical Engineering and MS Electrical Engineering programmes.
Mr. Zohaib, HR representative, initiated the event with introductory remarks and shared the agenda for the session, and also gave a virtual tour of the Tkxel office in Lahore. Then, Director Technology, Mr. Haseeb, took over and shared the company portfolio, which included major projects and the services offered by the company. He shared the journey of the organisation, highlighting how a startup initiated in 2008 grew into a major organisation with over 400 employees.
LUMS alumnus, Waqar Hassan, addressed the attendees to explain the concept of sales, and how to choose the right industry. He shared his journey with Tkxel, discussing his current portfolio as well as his future plans. He also talked about the importance of the interconnection between Function, Company and Industry for the long-term goals of sales professionals. He then explained what Tkxel offers to the future leaders and the competencies they look for in candidates.
The session was concluded with a brief account of the opportunities available and the recruitment process, followed by an interactive QnA session.
