Fatima Group is coming to LUMS to conduct a recruitment drive for its flagship Empower 2 Lead (E2L) programme.

This recruitment drive is being held to shortlist candidates for the Graduate Trainee Engineer, and Management Trainee Officer positions.
Eligibility Criteria
1. BS Computer Science, final year students (Batch of 2023) for Graduate Trainee Officer 2023.
2. BS Electrical Engineering, final year students (Batch of 2023, CGPA 3.0) for Graduate Trainee Officer 2023.
3. MBA, final year students (Batch of 2023, CGPA 3.0) for Management Trainee Officer 2023.
4. BA-LL.B (Hons), final year students (Batch of 2023, CGPA 3.0) for Management Trainee Officer 2023.
5. 3rd year students from BS Electrical Engineering and BS Computer Science for the E2L Summer Internship Programme.
6. MBA I students for the E2L Summer Internship Programme.

The test duration will be 60 minutes, and it will be computer based, however, physical attendance on campus is mandatory. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for screening interviews.
