Why attend?
In celebration of International Youth Day 2022, this expert panel discussion features individuals from various domains of academia, philanthropy, social enterprise, social entrepreneurship and climate change awareness, initiating an important conversation on the annual theme of “Intergenerational Solidarity”.
To achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the world needs to leverage the full potential of all generations. Solidarity across generations is key for sustainable development. We must collaborate to foster successful and equitable intergenerational relations and partnerships to ensure “no one is left behind.”
This discussion includes youth from various disciplines who are celebrated as active agents of change within the domains of social entrepreneurship, environmental conservation, and education, along with senior professionals from various domains such as academia, law and policy and social enterprise. The inclusion of both age groups will provide a holistic and multi-faceted perspective on the topic.
Hosted in collaboration with the Centre for Business and Society (CBS), the session will be moderated by Mr. Altamush Saeed.
