Unilever has always had a strong focus on lifelong and purposeful learning to ensure that their existing and upcoming talent stays future fit. To fulfill this agenda, their Talent & Organisation team runs U-Academy, in which their experienced leadership deliver sessions on various priority skills and address any knowledge gaps that exist within the organisation.

Unilever is now extending the U-Academy externally for the upcoming talent pool, that is, the student body. Under the U-Academy, the company has launched the Future Fit Series which will be weekly sessions delivered by Unilever Talent. The sessions will primarily focus on topics that will help the students upskill, reskill and become employable. They will be starting off with their Recruitment Essentials Module which will take the students through the various steps of the recruitment process with their weekly sessions.
The first session is scheduled on October 16, 2020 at 3:00 pm (PST) via zoom.
