In Memory of the Victims of the PIA Crash

LUMS mourns the victims of the tragic airplane crash in Karachi on May 22, 2020, which killed 97 of the 99 people on board.
The unfortunate incident also caused the sad demise of the parents of siblings, Mr. Inam ur Rahman (MBA 1996) and Mr. Hammad Rahman (BSc 2001).
Mrs. Wahida Rahman and Mr. Fazal Rahman were on board the PIA Airbus A320 which crashed in a residential area near the Karachi airport.
The thoughts and prayers of the LUMS community are with the grieving families as they deal with this irreparable loss. May Allah ease their pain, and grant them patience.
