This webinar will focus on the use of behavioural insights towards pro-environmental behaviours and public service delivery. Mr. Toby Park will introduce BIT’s 'EAST' framework (making behaviours easy, attractive, social and timely), applied to pro-environmental behaviours across energy, food, transport and waste. Mr. Alexander Clark will showcase BIT’s work in public service delivery across different fields and countries, including a tax trial in Indonesia, reducing corruption in Colombia, and waste recycling in Bhutan. The presentations will be followed by a panel discussion on the applicability of such behavioural experiments and nudges in the context of Pakistan.
Hosted in collaboration with the Mahbub ul Haq Research Centre (MHRC), the session will be moderated by Ms. Nazish Afraz. The event will be broadcast live on the Mahbub ul Haq Research Centre Facebook page.
