The conference will be hosted at LUMS and is jointly organised by the following consortium partners: CERP, Institute of Development & Economic Alternatives (IDEAS), Chaudhry Nazar Muhammad Department of Economics (CNM), Mahbub ul Haq Research Centre (MHRC), Institute of Development Studies (IDS), Consortium for Development Policy Research (CDPR), and the International Growth Centre (IGC).
This event will bring together leading research across economics, sociology, politics, and law, addressing governance and inclusion from multiple perspectives. The conference will feature insightful discussions on themes such as land rights, education policy, and resilience in development. Key topics include poverty and equity assessments, digital innovation, and climate adaptation strategies. With a focus on governance, social transformation, and macroeconomic research, sessions will also address gender, public health, and external vulnerabilities in South Asia.
