In conversation with Dr. Ahmad Khan from the University of Maryland, we will discuss how they apply earth observation time-series data at the Global Land Analysis and Discovery (GLAD) laboratory in the Department of Geographical Sciences. The talk will cover investigate methods, causes and impacts of global land surface change. Earth observation imagery is the primary data source and its application in natural resource management is the primary topic of interest.
