BSc Class of 2014 Returns to LUMS to Celebrate a Decade of Memories
On Saturday, November 16, the Class of 2014 came together at LUMS to celebrate their 10-year reunion. Former classmates reconnected, shared fond memories, and marked this special milestone with a day filled with activities and conversations that revived the camaraderie of their university days.
Members of the class were warmly welcomed back to the LUMS campus by Dr. Ali Cheema, Vice Chancellor, and Ms. Nuzhat Kamran, Director of the Office of Advancement, alongside the Alumni Relations and Development teams.
Organised with the support of class representative Yahya Bajwa, the reunion featured a series of activities designed to rekindle old friendships and foster new connections. The reunion began with a networking lunch, following which the alumni had the opportunity to meet with current Student Council members and bond over the LUMS experience across generations.
A highlight of the event was the formal announcement of the BSc 2014 Class Fund, an initiative spearheaded by Yahya Bajwa to give back to the institution and support future students. This fund is a testament to the Class of 2014’s legacy and their shared dedication to the LUMS community.
The reunion provided a unique opportunity for the alumni to reconnect, reminisce, and create new memories, all the while contributing to the future of their alma mater. As the day came to an end, the alumni left with a renewed sense of pride and gratitude, looking forward to more shared milestones in the years to come.
