Educative Conducts Guidance Session for LUMS Students

The Career Services Office (CSO) at LUMS invited Educative on October 4, 2022, to guide LUMS students on how to choose a career path aligned with their values. Educative helps developers and their teams become more productive. Ms. Ayla Amir, Talent Management Leader, was present to advise students on how to set their goals as they enter the professional world.
The session included different activities where students were informed about the key skills that are crucial for their professional performance. Ms. Ayla identified different ways through which students can gain more information about their desired career paths which included networking sessions, guidance sessions, career fairs, and so on.
Other team members from Educative, also highlighted their professional journeys. The overall session focused on developments in the technology sector. The session ended with a Q&A.
