ICI Pakistan Virtual Recruitment Drive 2021

The Career Services Office (CSO) organised a virtual recruitment drive for ICI Pakistan Ltd. on Monday, February 22, 2021 in which they targeted graduating students from the Undergraduate and Master's programmes.
Ms. Fizzah Khan, Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition at ICI Pakistan, started the session by introducing herself and sharing the agenda for the recruitment drive. She also talked about the vision of the company and emphasised the five core values that motivate the team to work together for a mutual cause.
Moving on, Mr. Babar Sarfraz, HR Business Partner at ICI Pakistan, talked about their businesses and products in detail. He also highlighted the distinguishing exposure and experience provided by the Company to its employees.
Mr. Sarfraz then invited Ms. Samreen Yousuf, HR Associate at ICI Pakistan, to discuss the scale, presence and functional streams of ICI across Pakistan. She also elaborated on the online application process of the Graduate Drive 2021, along with the steps and timelines. To encourage students to apply for the programme, she shared information regarding the culture of ICI Pakistan and talked about the awards and recognitions system.
The recruitment drive was concluded an interactive Questions and Answers session.
