LUMS EMBA Alumnus Samie Cashmiri Appointed CEO of HRSG
LUMS proudly congratulates Samie Cashmiri (EMBA 2007) on his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of HRSG.
A distinguished business leader with more than three decades of experience across retail, consumer durables, life sciences, and quick service restaurants, Samie brings a proven track record of driving business growth, organisational transformation, operational excellence, and commercial success across diverse and competitive markets.
Prior to joining HRSG, Samie served as Chief Executive Officer of International Franchises Limited, where he successfully led the transformation of a multi-brand portfolio comprising both international and locally developed brands, delivering significant performance improvements across the organisation. Throughout his career, he has also held senior leadership positions at Khaadi, ICI Pakistan, and AkzoNobel, contributing to business expansion, strategic investments, and the development of high-performing teams.
Commenting on the appointment, HRSG’s Chief People Officer, Faisal Hamidi, highlighted Samie’s extensive leadership experience, commercial acumen, and people-centric approach as key strengths that will guide the organisation through its next phase of growth and transformation.
