MBA Class of 2013 Signs MoU to Establish a Scholarship Fund at LUMS
LUMS is pleased to announce the establishment of a scholarship fund by the MBA Class of 2013. This generous initiative, formalised through an MoU signed at LUMS, will provide annual funding to support an MBA scholar. This partnership aims to advance LUMS’ mission of inclusive education by offering interest-free loans to MBA students.
The MoU was signed between Mr. Najam Us Saqib, Founder and CEO, DispatchTek Services, representing the MBA Class of 2013, and Dr. Ali Cheema, Vice Chancellor LUMS.
The signing ceremony was attended by alumni from the MBA Class of 2013, including Mr. Rashid Mughal, Founder and Director Growth, Digital Drums; Mr. Bilal Asim, Head of Business Planning and Development, Shalamar Institute of Health Sciences; and Mr. Jawad Farid Khan, Project Manager, Arbisoft. From LUMS, attendees included Dr. Syed Zahoor Hassan, Professor Emeritus at the Suleman Dawood School of Business; Ms. Nuzhat Kamran, Director of Advancement; and Mr. Anas Ashraf, Head of Development.
Dr. Cheema expressed gratitude to the MBA Class of 2013 for their generous contribution and commitment to education. He emphasised the importance of this scholarship fund in providing deserving students with the support they need to excel academically and reach their full potential.
