NdcTech Conducts Virtual Recruitment Drive

NdcTech conducted its virtual recruitment drive on April 8, 2021, via Zoom. The session was targeted towards students pursuing their BSc degree in Management Science, Computer Science, Economics. or Mathematics, and are graduating this year.
Elizah Shehab, Manager - HR and Employee Services, NdcTech, commenced the session with a brief introduction about the company. She shared that it is an award-winning partner of Temenos, and provides unmatched services and innovations to financial institutes and banks. They deliver transformational services including consulting on best practices, implementation, upgrading, support and training of Temenos, and other partner solutions. They collaborate with their customers to enhance their digital capabilities and solve their toughest challenges by driving innovations to create new products and business models.
NdcTech won the Partner Award in 2011, 2014, 2018, and 2019. Ms. Shehab explained that the firm also provides services to banks to prepare a Data Migration Strategy which comprises fields mapping, reconciliation, data templates, conversion, and a guide to cleanse data for integrity from both static and financial perspectives.
Ms. Shehab talked about the culture at the company. She also highlighted the growth opportunities and employee benefits there, and encouraged students to apply to the firm.
