PSO Reaffirms Support for LUMS’ National Outreach Programme
LUMS and Pakistan State Oil (PSO) formalised their continued partnership through the signing of an MoU on June 11, 2026, reaffirming a shared commitment to expanding access to higher education for talented students across Pakistan.
The MoU signing ceremony took place in Karachi and was signed by Brig. Rizwan Ahmad, General Manager, PSO, and Dr. Ali Cheema, Vice Chancellor, LUMS. The partnership marks the continuation of a collaboration focused on creating meaningful educational opportunities for deserving students.
Through this partnership, PSO will support the National Outreach Programme (NOP), LUMS’ flagship access initiative that identifies academically outstanding students from across Pakistan. By investing in the potential of young people, the collaboration will help remove financial barriers and enable students to pursue a world-class education.
