Unilever Pakistan Virtual Recruitment Drive 2021

The Career Services Office (CSO) organised a virtual recruitment drive for Unilever Pakistan on Monday, February 15, 2021. The session targeted students from the Undergraduate and Master's programmes for the Leadership Internship Programme (ULIP) and the Future Leadership Programme (UFLP) by Unilever.
Ms. Ayesha Rehman, Junior Manager, Talent and Organisation at Unilever, started the session by introducing herself and sharing the agenda of session. Talking about the values and vision of the company, she shared the details of their products and some statistics to represent Unilever’s global presence.
Moving on, Ms. Abheer Bawany, Assistant Manager HR and Business Partner at Unilever, took the stage and elaborated on the steps of UFLP and ULIP 2021, and explained the online application process along with timelines. Furthermore, she explained that new recruits would get diverse experience by working in different areas at various locations. Ms. Bawany then invited Ms. Rehman again, who talked about the challenges that often occur while choosing an appropriate career path at the time of graduation.
In the end, Mr. Hassan Sardar from Supply Chain, Mr. Rameez from Finance, Ms. Nehal from HR, Mr. Amer from Marketing and Mr. Tanzeel from Customer Development were invited to share their experiences. All the abovementioned officials shared their journeys and also talked about the career opportunities at their respective departments. They also highlighted the distinguishing exposure which they gained while working at Unilever.
The drive ended with an interactive Questions and Answers session.
