The Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC) at LUMS, a leading institute for executive education in Pakistan, conducted several open enrolment and custom programmes for industry leaders during the month of November.
Senior executives and officials working with various public and private organisations, participated in the programmes, conducted on campus in accordance with the required SOPs in the aftermath of the pandemic.
Some of the programmes include; Strategy Execution: Turning Plans into Performance (Nov 15 - 18, 2021), Key Account Management: Breakthrough Strategies for Growing Valued Customers (Nov 16 - 18, 2021), Leadership for Senior Executives (Nov 22 - 26, 2021), and Problem Solving and Decision Making (Nov 29 - Dec 2, 2021).

As a premier executive education provider, REDC programmes are distinguished through their unique style of scholarship where participants experience learning through a mix of interactive case discussions, exercises, simulations, group work and expert panel discussions.
“My experience with REDC has been phenomenal, I have learned a lot of practical leadership approaches that I was not using before. Also learnt a lot from participants from various industries. If you want to learn from one of the most passionate and inspirational leaders and presenters, then this is the place for you,” said Faraz Saeed Baig from United Bank Ltd.
Raza Ali Hemani of Habib Metro Bank called it the best training programme he has been part of. “A perfect combination of different techniques like case studies, simulations classroom training and discussions. A 360-degree programme!”
Situated on the beautiful LUMS campus, the programmes also offer a reprieve from the daily grind of an executives professional life and provide them a time to reassess their role in the work sphere.
While most of the executives attending these programmes are senior professionals working in strategic roles, participants learn to develop a deeper understanding of the various areas of personal and professional development, necessary for leading and executing successful organisations in today’s competitive market.
